Returns
If you are not happy with your merchandise, we are happy to accept your UNUSED merchandise in its original condition and packaging within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Sale merchandise is non-returnable and non-refundable
Merchandise can be return as long as:
1) A return request and authorization number has been issued within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.
2) the item has not been used or installed
3) all shipping materials and included accessories, parts and supplies are included with the returned merchandise
4) return shipping is paid by the customer
Any merchandise that does not comply with the above conditions are subject to a return fee charge. A Return Fee will be charged on all merchandise that has been damaged, scratched, missing parts, or missing original packaging. A Return Fee will be charged for packages that are refused or marked Return to Sender and for packages that have the wrong address or a non-deliverable address.
The Return Fee will range from 15%( for opened or refused items) - 50% (for missing parts) of the original price and will be charged by reducing the refund amount. The amount of the Return Fee will be determined at the sole discretion of Fashion Cell Shop and is not disputable.
In order to ensure processing of your return; please contact customerservice@fashioncellshop.com for a Return Authorization number.
Packages without an RA number written on the front of package will not be accepted.
We recommend using a tracking method, such as delivery confirmation, to track your return shipment. Fashion Cell Shop is not responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.
Once your return is received, please allow 10 business days to process your return. Please allow up to 15 business days for the credit to appear on your account.
If your purchase entitle you to free shipping and your returns drop your total below the threshold for free shipping, we will charge you shipping for the original order.

Exchanges: If you receive an item that is defective, it can be exchanged for the same item as long as we are notified within 7 days of receipt of item. No exchanges will be made after the 7 day period. Any shipping charges are not refundable.
